Commercial Description:

Our 100% two row malted barley American single malt is aged in first use 15 and 30 gallon American oak casks producing a smooth, bright malt and honey forward whiskey. We then finish it in ex-Caribbean rum casks to provide additional aging, complexity and balance it with the sweet and spicy character of Caribbean rum.

TASTING NOTES
Nose of sweet, dark rum, bold oak, and mild malt tones. The palate is highly complex, initially making the Caribbean rum cask known but giving way to a well balanced, bright and honey dipped malt finish.
