Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, Juranon Noir, and Malbec are all farmed organically, harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously and aged for six months in a mix of stainless steel, cement tanks, and old barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, and just a touch of sulfur. Easy-drinking and fresh with just a little funky kombucha note, this red blend is med-light bodied with fine tannins andbursting with juicy plum, raspberry, and green herbs.
