Master Distiller Jordan Via deftly selected 38 barrels that comprise this remarkable blend of 7 year old Bourbon that was aged for the majority of its lifetime in coastal conditions at Savage & Cooke. Distilled in Indiana and aged at Savage & Cooke in Northern California.

Expressive on the nose with maple, caramel and toasted oak. The palate follows with intense dark fruits, cacao and vanilla. Distinctive, delicious and memorable.
