Tasting Notes for Chinola Mango Liqueur

On the nose: Natural, floral aroma with notes of freshly cut mango & tropical fruit. On the palette, you’ll enjoy bright, flavorful, fresh mango taste. Subtle sweetness with elements of citrus and vanilla. To finish, a creamy mouthfeel gives way to mellow mango flavor and ends with a semi-dry finish with notes of cacao.

Suggested Serves

Mango Margarita

• 1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Tequila or Mezcal
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Agave
• 2 Dashes Spicy Bitters (optional)
• Method: Rim glass with salt or Tajin (optional). Shake ingredients with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

Mango Martini

• 1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• Method: Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe. Garnish with orange or lemon twist.

Mangomosa

• 1 oz Chinola Mango Liqueur
• 4 oz Sparkling Wine
• Method: Add chilled Chinola to a flute. Top with chilled sparkling wine. Stir gently. Garnish with lime twist.

Chinola Mango Liqueur is produced with 100% fresh mango with a touch of passion fruit and no artificial colors or flavors. Made from a blend of mangoes that are harvested just once a year in the Dominican Republic. The mango blend includes Keitt, Kent, and Banilejo varieties. This offers a well-balanced combination of sweetness and tanginess with a smooth texture that helps give the liqueur its distinctive taste.
