TASTING NOTES
Nose: Clean and light with precise phenolic notes, citrus, vanilla yellow haddock. All quite restrained… in a peaty way. Like standing on a high, rainy moor.
Palate: Immediate smoke, but with a balancing sweetness that runs the length of the palate. Great drive and energy.
Finish: Phenolic, dry. Medium length.
