The Knappogue Castle 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is an artful blend of two single malts. They were both created in copper pot stills and matured in ex-Bourbon casks one for 23 years (1994) and the other for 21 years (1996). This 92 Proof Spirit brings fruity aromas of vast orchards, an oaky background and a complex malty-rich palate. Its a lavish ode to Ireland and a highly anticipated, very limited release (only 1,400 bottles available): A truly aristocratic Whiskey.
