Aged for5 yearsin 50 gallon American oak ex-bourbon casks at 60% alc. then carefully diluted to 40%, minimally filtered and bottled by hand.

More like a bourbon whiskey than a brandy,Cornelius Applejackis a fantastic gluten-free alternative to rye and bourbon.
