Tasting Note:
The nose is immediately drawn to crisp summer citrus, lemon and orange that obediently withdraws on the palate to manifest a sweet, gentle layer of pepper and spice a persuasion of Tasmania’s more delicate and sophisticated cool climate red wine cameos. Stewed blackberry sauce lingers on the finish, foreclosing to a treasured but bewildering play upon the senses.
