Commercial Description:

Wheat & Honey is the intersection between wheated bourbon and honey. We begin the process with a wheated bourbon made from 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with honey, imparting sweet, rich flavors, and notes of honey, toffee and toasted oak.
