Commercial Description:

A dusty and solvent rich nose leads with classic oak notes of maple glaze followed by herbal rye grain notes of Mexican mint marigold & cookies n’ cream, until late fruity notes of chocolate covered cherries. The expressive palate leads with dry spicy grain notes of cracked green peppercorn on toasted rye sourdough, before a juicy and engaging mid palate loaded with hewn oak, chocolate graham cracker, and mint & fennel frond salad. A late dash of warm cinnamon stick shows up before a sweet and fading finish of red tootsie pop.
