Imperial stout aged in rum barrels

Black Tuesday is the backbone of many creations here at The Bruery. It’s a playground for experimentation both in barrel and adjunct. This variation was aged in rum barrels for over a year. Still rich in notes of caramel, toasted malt, vanilla, burnt wood and anise, this variation has additional fruit and spice notes from the rum barrels.
