Commercial Description:

Our only expression from Puebla, MX. Hand-crafted in the temperate hills of the village of San Pablo Ameyaltepec with a vista of the two ancient volcanos. Agave: Wild Papalote and Pizorra. Naturally fermented and distilled once using a continuous reflux still. Nose of spice and lilacs, palate of sweet tropical fruit, crisp citrus and pear skin, with a creamy, complex mineral finish.
