This Malbec cuve was created by Bergerac wine family Dubard in order to pay tribute to the iconic South West France variety which is often used in blends in the region.

Deeply and vibrantly purple coloured, the nose favours aromas of blackcurrant and spices and the palate reveals notes of violet, menthol and pepper underlined by tannins both firm and silky.

A relatively early drinking wine, this is great with or without food but would be a fabulous match for a mixed grill and spicy sausage.
