On the Nose: Cooked maguey , smoked with herbal notes. strong resin shades, dampness and clay. Open attack in the mouth and a very long finish. Ribbing on hand dissipates to rsin and agave. Pairs well with moles, adobos, spicy seafood, pibil, and habanero.
