Part science, part art, Elevage pays homage to the elevation of fermentation through process of barrel-aging, blending, and ultimately crafting this ale to taste. This collaborative effort with Sans Liege blends our barrel-aged tripel with super-sweet late harvest Roussanne grapes which was then re-racked into bourbon barrels. The result is a highly viscous, sweet ale with hints of crme brle, honeysuckle, mandarin orange, and honeyed apricot.
