Five & 20 achieves that status through meticulous blending, starting with their mash of New York grown grains, 80% rye and 20% barley malt. After two years aging in different sized barrels from different cooperages across the states, Five & 20 masterfully blends the whiskey into their award-winning Straight Rye Whiskey.

Aroma: Floral Combined with Cut Cedar and Notes of Vanilla and Toasted Grain

Taste: Strong with Woods, Sticky Toffee, Vanilla, Apricot and Plenty of Rye Spice

Finish: Long with Hints of Dried Fruit
