Every drop of Lighthouse Gin is handmade by Rachel Hall, New Zealands first female Head Distiller, and crafted in small batches using natural spring water from the Remutaka Ranges ancient aquifer. Lighthouse Gin contains nine botanicals including hand-zested Yen Ben lemons that gives way to a low juniper, citrus forward taste profile that is clean, fresh, and vibrant.
