Mezcal produced by hand in Miahuatln, Oaxaca, with double distillation in copper stills, reaches its perfection at 46% Alc.and it gives you a round experience, between smell and aroma, even being able to find what the Japanese call Umami, which, simplifying, is described as “tasty”, a subtle flavor but with a prolonged aftertaste that is difficult to describe.
Warm in the mouth with almond flavors, spices with a woody/earthy finish;It confirms what we detect on the nose, caramel aromas that evoke black pepper, cloves and cinnamon.It evolves tovegetable/herbal nuances that remind us of green olives and laurel.
