This rare liquid was double matured in ex-bourbon barrels and refill quarter casks at our legendary warehouse No. 1, then bottled at cask strength. Ripe tropical fruits, toasted macadamia nuts and more than a hint of vanilla cream. Smoke, tempered by lime and nectarine, gives way to sea salt and mild chili on the palate.
