This ros is made from Malbec, Merlot, and Tannat. Both direct pressing (destemmed and whole cluster grapes) and the saigne method is used. The wine undergoes a medium-length skin maceration and is fermented spontaneously with native yeast. Wine ages on the lees for 6 months in concrete vats and barrels.

A perfect combo of funky and traditional. Fruit forward with notes of raspberries and strawberries. Slight acidity with a natural wine finish.
