Lightly extracted with a combination of high toned red fruits and subtle herbs. Classic indicators of cab franc are present showing moreso as hints of black pepper and florals. The whole cluster fermentation brings generosity to the mid palate in a wine that is light and lithe with gentle tannins and full Finger Lakes acidity.
