Bourbon barrel-aged ale with pecans and corn syrup

Nothing says holiday season like freshly-baked pecan pie we wondered, can we create a beer with those flavors? Well, we can make it if we try! We put our Anniversary ale in bourbon barrels to age and gain complexity, then treated it with pecans and corn syrup for the perfect homemade flavor. Decadent, slightly sweet, and delicious, Grandma would be proud.
