Commercial Description:

The Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition is triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts. Then its finished for a minimum of 4 months in hand-selected, air-dried American Oak from the Taylor family farm in Kentucky. The sweet notes of vanilla and elevated wood spice give you an unmistakable taste of Southern hospitality.

Nose: Opens with notes of freshly cut cedarwood, almond and vanilla. Sweet fruit and warming charred wood influences complement the pot still spices.

Taste: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove build over time working in tandem with the oaks rich tannins. Autumnal fruit notes delicately linger with sweet and decadent notes of brown sugar toffee and vanilla.

Finish: Fruits are the first to slowly fade, leaving the pot still spices to linger in harmony with the sweet and intricate American oak.
