Commercial Description:

This Australian Rum has been extra matured in American Oak casks for several months in the cellar at Chateau du Breuil. The time in ex-Bourbon barrels adds layers of oak and vanilla while the rum exhibits a floral nose with nose of licorice, honey, cacao, and fresh pepper. A full-bodied rum with silky tannins.
