Commercial Description:

A new iteration of our Galaxy IPA. Brewed with 2-row and spelt, but hopped several times in the kettle with a boatload of hand-picked Simcoe before being demolished in the dry hop with all the Galaxy you know and love from OG Wish Fulfillment. Notes of lemon zest, pink peppercorn, and honey dipped pineapple slices.
