Rye barrel-aged ale with cherries, Viognier grapes, orange peel, wormwood, and spices

Add a little spice. This Manhattan-inspired ale is bursting with flavor, starting right in the barrel. After aging in rye barrels for peak spice character, we added cherries, Viognier grapes, orange peel, and wormwood, as well as a decadent spice blend of chamomile, lavender, cardamom, star anise, and cinnamon. Stir, don’t shake, and serve neat with a cherry garnish.
