A blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Blacks of Kinsale IPA. The result is an Irish Whiskey that is mildly hoppy with sweet undertones and a finish of roasted nuts, malt and sweet spices.
