Ale aged in bourbon barrels with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and raspberries

Our Bruers started with White Chocolate, our savory bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine-style ale brewed with cacao nibs and vanilla beans, and added generous helpings of raspberry to taste. The result is a big bodied ale with notes of caramel, and vanilla rounded out with a touch of fruit.
