The orange copper color of this wine comes from the maceration of grenache blanc, grenache gris and macabeu. This wine has complex aromas of citrus, white flowers and candied fruit. In the mouth there’s tangerine and spice, a slight perception of tannin and a bright acidity. The finish is clean and mouthwatering. This wine pairs excellently with grilled fish, shrimp and lobster or as an aperitif.
