Our Wind Warning – NEIPA has intense tropical fruit and citrus flavours and aromas, a soft body, a smooth mouthfeel, and is super hazy. The Enigma Hops are juicy with red fruits like raspberries and red currants, but what sets it apart from other varieties are the white wine notes that is most often described as crisp and refreshing “Pinot Gris”. The Galaxy hops are prized for their big aromas of peach, guava, and oranges. The mouthfeel is pillowy soft and well-balanced with the hop bitterness. It is an easy-drinking, refreshing beer that is a great introduction to the world of IPAs.
