Lite Werk Pink Lemonade by Wonderwerk is made from We re-fermented grape pomace (piquette) from direct-pressed ros and carbonic red wines for 3-7 days, then blended it with 30% finished wine, including Syrah and Mourvedre Ros. The wine was infused with zest from organic California-grown Eureka lemons and natural lemon extract. The base wine underwent fermentation with native yeast and bacteria, followed by a light bottle re-fermentation using a Champagne yeast starter. It has an alcohol content of 7% ABV
